Size : 500,000 SF, 1.4 Acres Modera Lofts is the complete redevelopment of the former Butler Brothers warehouse, reimagined as a community of modern industrial loft residences in the heart of Jersey City’s burgeoning Powerhouse Arts District. The project has been transformed into 366 luxury studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom rental residences. Originally constructed in 1905, the 500,000 SF building is the last “post-and-beam” fa- cility of its kind in the Tristate Area. Less than a year after opening, Modera Lofts is 97-percent leased, which not only reflects its rare position as a major project with historical significance, but also as one of the most successful adaptive reuse developments on New Jersey’s Gold Coast.

Each unit is equipped with ENERGY STAR® appliances, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal and emergency alert system. Nearby are major shopping, dining and rec- reational facilities. Priority for residency is given to Sandy-impacted individuals.
Size: 220,000 s/f /2.5 acres Chestnut Square, is the first, Class A multi-family de- velopment ever built in the West Chester Borough. The classic brick façade with large bay windows, bal- conies and a grand entry, are designed to fit within the historic character of the area. With 205 luxury rental units, this exceptional infill location includes almost an entire city block. The building’s downtown loca- tion and site characteristics, combined with its historic architecture and unmatched modern amenities, makes it the finest apartment community ever built in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
