Size: 5000 SF Aberdeen Township First Aid and Rescue Squad Building was vacant for many years. The objective of this renovation was to turn it into a community center that could be used by many different organizations in the area. Quality 1st Contracting took this from a run- down un-usable space to a remarkable center that the whole community can now enjoy. The main organization that utilizes this building is HAMM with no space to call their own, they were often relocated to different places for meetings and events. They hold many classes and events in this building, for which there was no other facility that could house this orga- nization. The project was a complete renovation down to the bare walls. The facility now has a large community center, kitchen storage areas, offices, updated bathrooms, and also houses a police substation. This building was completely turned into something different. It was interesting to watch as each month went by as to seeing the building taking shape. The old wooden façade was replaced with colorful siding, new windows, new doors, brand new paved parking area this is also lined with new landscaping. Quality 1st Contracting worked with the Township in choosing colors, new laminated flooring, new ceramic tile and other aspects of the project. The facility was named after a long standing member of the community Fiorendo Sigismondi. There is a sign that bears his name right in front of the building. Almost the entire company was involved in this renovation from the owner, Thomas Roman donating the kitchen and playground, his time, the Quality 1st Contracting crew, and administration with paperwork. size: 711,816 s/f Harriman Commons is a 711,816 s/f region- al power center located in Orange County, NY. The project includes a 510-car, on-grade parking and extensive sitework. Also included is a 55,000 SF fitness center and three saltwater filtered pools. Members will enjoy special fitness evaluations which will tailor their workout routines to their specific illnesses and activity levels.
