AVIS D'ADOPTION D'UN RÈGLEMENT SUR LES REDEV ANCES D'AMÉNAGEMENT VISANT À MODIFIER LE RÈGLEMENT SUR LES REDEVANCES D'AMÉNAGEMENT 2019-85 DE LA CORPORATION DE LA CITÉ DE CLARENCE-ROCKLAND AVIS EST DONNÉ que le Conseil de la Corporation de la Cité de Clarence-Rockland a adopté le Règlement no 2025-77 visant à modifier le Règlement no 2019-85 sur les redevances d'aménagement, le 13e jour d’août 2025 en vertu de l'article 19 de la Loi de 1997 sur les redevances d'aménagement (la Loi), afin de reporter la date d'expiration du Règlement 2019-85 au 19 novembre, 2025. Tous les frais énoncés dans le Règlement no 2019-85 continueront de s'appliquer à tous les nouveaux aménagements résidentiels et non résidentiels de la Cité, sous réserve de certaines modalités et conditions et exemptions limitées qui y sont indiquées. Aucune carte clé n'a été fournie, car des frais s'appliquent à tous les terrains situés à l'intérieur des limites de la Cité. Une copie du règlement complet est disponible pour examen sur le site Web de la Cité à www.clarence-rockland.com ou pendant les heures normales d'ouverture (en semaine de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30) dans les bureaux de la Cité situés au 1560, rue Laurier, Rockland (On) K4K 1P7. NOTICE OF THE PASSING OF A DEVELOPMENT CHARGES BY-LAW TO AMEND DEVELOPMENT CHARGES BY-LAW 2019-85 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF CLARENCE-ROCKLAND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland passed By-Law No. 2025-77, being a By-law to Amend the Development Charges By- Law No. 2019-85, on the 13th day of August 2025 under Section 19 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 (the Act), in order to extend the expiry date of By-law 2019-85 to November 19, 2025. All charges in By-law No. 2019-85 will continue to apply to all new residential and non-residential developments in the City, subject to certain terms, conditions and limited exemptions as identified therein. A key map has not been provided as charges apply to all lands located within the boundaries of the City. A copy of the complete by-law is available for examination on the City’s website at www.clarence-rockland.com or during regular business hours (weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) in the offices of the City located at 1560 Laurier Street, Rockland, ON K4K 1P7. NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL TO INFORM THE PUBLIC OF AN OFFICIAL PLAN REVIEW TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland will be holding a Special Meeting under Section 17 and Section 26(3)(b) of the Planning Act , R.S.O. 1990, C.P. 13 as amended, to inform the public of the Municipality's intent to review its Official Plan for the Urban Area of the City of Clarence-Rockland. This Special Meeting is the first step to initiate the review process and is to provide members of the public an opportunity to provide comments and discuss the revisions that may be required to the current Official Plan. No draft documents have been prepared for this meeting. Throughout the Official Plan review process, there will be an Open House and a Statutory Public Meeting that will provide additional opportunities for the public to review draft documents and to provide comments to staff and Council. All interested parties are invited to attend the virtual public meeting, but registration is mandatory: Virtual Meeting Date: October 1 st , 2025 Virtual Meeting Time: 6:00 PM Registration: send an email to administration@clarence-rockland.com prior to 12 PM, Wednesday, October 1 st , 2025 Any person may register to attend the public meeting and make written or verbal representation. Written submissions can be sent electronically to the Planning division at zoning_zonage@clarence-rockland.com or can be dropped off at the customer service desk at City Hall at 1560 Laurier Street in Rockland no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday October 1 st , 2025. Please ensure your name and address are included as required for the public record. DETAILS OF THE OFFICIAL PLAN REVIEW: The Municipality is required by the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.P. 13 as amended, to review the Official Plan to determine if the Official Plan requires changes to reflect current issues and legislation. Following the Special Meeting, comments provided by the public will be considered by staff, the consultant, and Council in the Official Plan review process.
AVIS DE RÉUNION EXTRAORDINAIRE DU CONSEIL POUR INFORMER LE PUBLIC D’UNE RÉVISION DU PLAN OFFICIEL V EUILLEZ PRENDRE NOTE que le Conseil de la Corporation de la Cité de Clarence- Rockland tiendra une réunion extraordinaire conformément aux articles 17 et 26(3) (b) de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire, L.R.O. 1990, chap. P.13 telle que modifiée, afin d’informer le public de l’intention de la municipalité de réviser son Plan officiel pour le secteur urbain de la Cité de Clarence-Rockland. Cette réunion extraordinaire constitue la première étape du processus de révision et vise à offrir au public l’occasion de formuler des commentaires et de discuter des modifications qui pourraient être apportées au Plan officiel actuel. Aucun document préliminaire n’a été préparé pour cette réunion. Tout au long du processus de révision du Plan officiel, une séance portes ouvertes et une réunion publique officielle auront lieu pour permettre au public de consulter les documents préliminaires et de transmettre ses commentaires au personnel et au Conseil.
