1 On Street: The common name assigned to the road segment (street name). 2 From: The crossing street or location at which the segment begins. 3 To: The crossing street or location at which the segment ends. 4 Plan Area (Planning Areas): See Appendix H for a map of the 13 planning areas within Hillsborough County. The abbreviations used for the Plan Area are: BW – Balm/Wimauma R – Ruskin/Sun City BR – Brandon T – Tampa C – Carrollwood TC – Town-N-Country G – Gibsonton TH – Thonotosassa K – Keystone TT – Temple Terrace L – Lutz USF – Univ. of South Florida PC – Plant City

5 FC (Functional Classification): The assignment of roads into systems according to the character of service they provide in relation to the total road network. The abbreviations used for the FC are:

PA – Principal Arterial MA – Minor Arterial MAC – Rural Major Collector C – Collector MIC – Rural Minor Collector

6 Reg (Regulated Roads): A "Y" indicates that the identified roadway is governed under Hillsborough County's Adequate Public Facilities regulations of the Land Development Code (concurrency). 7 Road Type (Existing Road System/Type): Existing number of lanes and whether the facility type is Divided (D), Undivided (U), One Way (O), or Freeway (F).
