1 Roadway (From/To): The common name assigned to the road segment (street name), the crossing street or location at which the segment begins, and the crossing street or location at which the segment ends. 2 Plan Area (Planning Areas): Indicates which planning area within Hillsborough County the road segment is located. The abbreviations used for the Plan Area are: APB – Apollo Beach PC – Plant City B – Balm PR – Palm Riverview BLM – Bloomingdale RV - Riverview BYT – Boyette RU – Ruskin BR – Brandon SFN - Seffner CW – Carrollwood SR – South Rural CPV – Citrus Park Village SS – South Side EL – East Lake SCC – Sun City Center ER – East Rural T – Tampa EGL – Egypt Lake TT – Temple Terrace GB – Gibsonton TC – Town-N-Country HC-NT – HC-New Tampa TH – Thonotosassa KO – Keystone-Odessa UA – University Area L – Lutz USF – Univ. of South Florida NWH – Northwest Hillsborough WM - Wimauma 3 Reg (Regulated Roadways): Roadways that are considered as part of the Concurrency Management System and defined in the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance.

4 F/C (Functional Classification): The assignment of roads into systems according to the character of service they provide in relation to the total road network. The abbreviations used for the FC are: PA – Principal Arterial MA – Minor Arterial MAC – Rural Major Collector C – Collector MIC – Rural Minor Collector F – Limited Access 5 Road Type (Existing Road System/Type): Existing number of lanes and whether the facility type is Divided (D), Undivided (U), One Way (O), or Freeway (F). 6 Spd Lmt (Speed Limit): Speed limit currently posted for the roadway. 7 LOS STD (Level of Service (LOS) Standard): The LOS Std for the particular roadway as adopted and documented in the Hillsborough County Comprehensive Plan. The LOS for roadways within incorporated areas is governed by the jurisdiction’s Comprehensive Plan. The LOS standards in this report may differ. See Appendix C - Level of Service (LOS) Standards.
