0Dover 5S Implementation at EGR
5S is a part of 0DOVER initiatives aimed at improving processes throughout an enterprise. 5S consists of 5 parts: Sort, Shine, Standardize, Set in order, and Safety. In short, 5S is a workplace organization method focused on creating a clean, efficient, and well- organized environment. As part of 0DOVER OPEX initiative, our Eagle Rock, VA Assembly Area Team (Scott Craft, Ethan Persinger, Tyler Broughman, Mason Kincaid, Andrew Fridley, Adam Zieler and Brian Broughman) attended the 5S training and started practicing the 5S methodology under the leadership of Scott Craft. The team produced innovative ideas and solutions to eliminate waste, improve safety and boost productivity. Our Operation's Director David Jewell congratulated the Assembly Area Team for their success and self-driven efforts.
