TGRA Structures
§ One Gam ing Comm issioner – A single appo inted, or elected o fficer who serves as bo th the Regulato ry O fficial and the full-time Manager o f the TGRA . § Three Gam ing Comm issioners – Appo inted or elected o fficers w ith one serving as the Chair Person and two lower level Comm issioners who operate in the same manner as that o f the N IGC . The Chair Person may be a full-time Manager o f the TGRA . § Five Gam ing Comm issioners – Sim ilar to three Comm issioners, one may serve as the o fficial Manager o f the TGRA , w ith o ther Comm issioners having specialized duties such as, overseeing licensing determ inations, o r presiding over hearings, etc. § Executive D irector – An employee o f the tribe selected by the Gam ing Comm issioners to manage the day to day regulatory responsibilities and adm inistrative functions o f the TGRA on behalf o f the Comm issioners.
