When we targeted the Victoria family several years ago from Kearns to start a new family here, this one’s dam was the first one we acquired. We couldn’t be happier we did as they are consistently excellent cattle with great feet and udders and are some of the best bull making cows we own. This daughter of OMF Hard Right gets better each day and it is one we suspect will be a favorite come sale day. Genomically, she represents the sort of multi trait balance we are striving to produce with 15 EPD traits in the top 50%! Her mating to Schooley Haggard is off the charts! C419M is designed as well as one can be. She is moderate, stout structured, sound and functional. Cow families are what generates predictability and consistency. She comes from the Rita 5H11 Angus cow family, which is one of the best in the history of the beef business, and with Victoria on the top side, she is deep in maternal genetics!
