Shining Lights in Deer Areas
– No person shall, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 1/2 hour before sunrise, intentionally shine a light upon a deer or intentionally sweep a light in search of deer in these areas. – No person shall, between the hours of 1/2 hour after sunset and 1/2 hour before sunrise, intentionally shine a light upon a deer or intentionally sweep a light in search of a deer in these areas. – Unlawful to shine a light intentionally upon a deer or to sweep a light in search of a deer at any time. – No local light laws as of Jan. 1, 2026.
