System box base profiles - External wall insulation Trueline box base range is particularly suited to mineral fibre insulated systems. The width of the base track being slightly wider than the mineral fibre. The box base starter track can be supplied with a pressed-in drip flange. A more economical option is that it can be supplied with a loose uPVC clip-on nose to provide a finishing edge for 6, 10 or 15mm render. The profiles are normally supplied mill finish but can be polyester powder coated to improve the corrosion protection or coated to a particular colour for aesthetic purposes. Additionally the box profiles can be supplied with welded corners or as flexicurves for curved walls. The clip-on noses can be purchased separately.

To ensure a good alignment between adjacent base sections we recommend the use of a plastic connector profile.
