Level Peaks
As a well-established company within the defence and security sector, Level Peaks is honoured to receive its first ever King’s Award, recognising the team’s hard earned success in International Trade. Founded in 2007 by a small cohort of veterans, Level Peaks began by supplying world-class equipment to the British Army during a period of urgent operational need. From these modest beginnings it is now 37-strong and serves multiple NATO militaries and defence organisations alongside the UK’s Army, Navy, Royal Air Force, police and emergency services. It remains veteran owned and managed and is a proud gold award holder under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. CEO, Chris Willis, says, “As former members of the customers we now support, our hands-on expertise and experience, both in and out of uniform, enables us to deliver tailored, turnkey solutions for the complex operational problems they face. We care about our customers and are committed to ensuring they maintain the advantage in the land air and maritime environments. “In these changing times our diverse portfolio continues to expand in line with our customers’ evolving needs as the nature of defence

and security changes. Our team’s agility and responsiveness ensures we remain a trusted and relevant partner delivering, at a pace, the UK and global defence and security organisations demand. The mission critical products we supply range from the basic through to advanced technological systems including clothing, protective equipment, load carriage solutions, uncrewed platforms, optics, optronics and other specialist systems. “Building upon the last 18 years, and bolstered by the receipt of this King’s Award, we remain poised for continued growth including the establishment of offices globally. We also plan to expand our offerings and service model to include UK-based manufacturing and assembly of sovereign, UK only solutions where demand exists.
