Tell us about your industry background Before joining Macnaughton Blair in June last year, I was managing director at Bassetts. Prior to that, I held senior sales roles with Kingspan and A&G, working across both the UK and Irish markets, and, with more than 30 years in the industry, I’ve developed a strong understanding of shifting market dynamics and the value of long-term, trusted customer relationships. Through close collaboration with key departments, I focus on maintaining high standards in service, product offering and operational performance. Understanding and responding to the evolving needs of our customers is central to what we do. That means offering trusted products, expert advice and a seamless experience - whether customers are visiting us in-branch or online. I’m also focused on encouraging innovation across the business, particularly as we adapt to new regulations and rising customer expectations. What is your vision for the business? My vision is to lead a business that achieves sustainable growth while delivering real value in a competitive and
