Introduction
January 2014 De Wave has been established as a spin off of Demont S.r.l., mainly operated in industrial and maritime plants and maritime interior business. In the newly founded De Wave, Demont transferred all the activities in marine interior business (cabins, bathroom units and public areas such both in newbuilding and in refitting/maintenance).
December 2015 The management team and Xenon Private Equity Fund, leader in the investments in the small and medium company sector in Italy, have acquired 100% of the share capital of the De Wave.
March/April 2017 De Wave has strengthened his market position with the acquisition of Precetti Group, which will provide a long experience and specialization in refurbishing as well as the complementing industrial sectors such as the catering areas.
De Wave Group is now a leading company managing about € 150 – 200 millions turnover across the world, able to serve effectively its main Customers (both cruise lines and shipyards) also on very large projects.

De Wave Group is a Manufacturer of Cabin Panels & Elements, being delivered either Individually or as a Complete Cabin Unit, the latter one packed so to ascertain flexibility in handling, and compactness into transportation globally. For the elements not being manufactured at the Production Facilities, the Group has selected proven subcontactors to complements the Complete Cabin Units so to offer a Turnkey Solution to the end- Customer.

1.1 Vertical Panels
Vertical Panels are copyrighted, specially designed to cope with the imposed Wall Stresses during Cruise Ship Operations as well as PAX Comfortless and Noise dumping requirements.
It is composed of two Steel Sheets, lightweight filled with rockwool in between. This configuration has made the panel extremely strong and, in general, it doesn’t need additional profiles and supports

Joint and Corner Elements are designed to offer: - Maximum efficiency during assembly - Improved rigidity of the Wall Panel System - Reduced Structure deformation - meet aesthetic and architectural requirements

Ceiling Panels are specified to Marine Standards, suited to adequately perform: - The necessity to simplify erection & disassembly - Guarantee sufficient stiffness and absence of deformation stresses
- Implement Architectural and Visual Necessities - Enforce Related Maritime Regulatory Requirements - Reduce Weight to optimize Ship’s Sailing Performance
1.4 Outfit Systems
Vertical Panels are made to adapt to Vessel’s individual requirements, having the flexibility to be prefabricated with the specified electrical cabling and accessories, including switches, socket boxes, conduits for cables, etc.
In addition to, they can be furnished with the specified Decorative Materials, including PVC, Stainless Steel Elements, etc.

Kit Package Concept (Complete Cabin Unit) As a Turnkey Supplier, De Wave Group is in position to offer the Cabin complete and delivered to the Shipyard using its Kit Package Concept, which incorporates all the basic elements of the Cabin Unit, packed in such a way to ascertain: - Compactness - Low Storage Space at Shipyard (until Unit is expanded and installed) - Optimize Assembly Efficiency - Completeness of the Package, avoiding mistake and lack of components - Low cost of transportation - Film Protected to avoid damages during transportation - Easy to unpack under a Standardized Sequence to expedite Assembly
All components for each Cabin are designed, produced, labeled and packed singularly into one unique kit along with the Drawing and Packing List.
