We start with expertise. We partner with some of the most respected researchers and revered practitioners in early education. These partnerships ensure that our programs not only captivate learners, but provide the most effective instructional practices to meet the needs of both educators and students.
Some of our authors and advisors include:
Tricia A. Zucker, Ph.D. Dr. Zucker is the Associate Director of the Children’s Learning Institute at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Zucker’s groundbreaking research addresses the foundations of language learning in Strive-for-Five Conversations co-authored with Dr. Sonia Q. Cabell.
Jie-Qi Chen, Ph.D. Dr. Chen is the founder of the Early Math Collaborative at the Erikson Institute. Her work supports play-based mathematical learning.
Children have a deep need to be understood
by their teachers. By using the Strive-for-Five Framework, you show them you want to hear what they have to say. — Zucker and Cabell, Strive-for-Five Conversations
Linda C. Mayes, M.D. Dr. Mayes is the Director of the Yale Child Study Center. Her work supports the critical roles of literacy and wellness.
We start with research. Research informs everything we do. We build on research-based evidence and then measure what we’ve built to ensure our solutions are effective. That way, you have the knowledge and assurance you need when selecting programs for your learners.
