BIDDING
Bidding will be on DVAuction.com and begin at 8 AM CST on Monday, February 16, and end at 8 PM CST on Wednesday, February 18. To bid, register early so you are approved as a bidder in plenty of time before the sale. Every effort will be made to process your application in a timely manner. Once approved and you’ve accepted the terms and conditions, you will be able to place a bid on the next bid increment or enter a max bid on the lot. All lots will close at the same time. Bidding will be extended if a bid is placed on any lot within 5 minutes of closing time. Bidding will officially close when no bids are placed within a 5-minute period. When the sale closes and bidding is finished, all winning bidders will receive an email confirmation of their purchase(s). All buyers will make settlement with Lazy D Red Angus. DVAuction will not collect funds for online purchases. High-speed internet access is required to bid successfully during the sale. TERMS OF SALE The terms of the sale are cash, and all settlements must be made at the close of the auction. All registered animals will be transferred.
SUPPLEMENT SHEET A supplement sheet will be available prior to the sale on www.DVAuction.com GUARANTEE The bulls are guaranteed to pass a breeding soundness and health examination. If a bull is proven unable to breed from the exam, the buyer will be given a full refund of the purchase price, credit on next year’s sale, or a replacement bull of equal quality, if available, as acceptable to the buyer. CATTLE VIEWING You’re welcome to view the bulls and yearling heifers before the sale at Lazy D Red Angus Ranch. Videos of bred heifers will be available on www.DVAuction.com. CREDITS & VOLUME DISCOUNTS We are offering a $100 “boots-on-the-ground” credit to anyone who views the bulls in person before the sale. Volume discounts apply and are limited to bulls only. 3% off on 3 bulls or more VIEW & BID ONLINE Bidding will be available online only at www.DVAuction.com. Please review the information on the next page and register early so you are approved as a bidder in plenty of time before the sale. SEMEN INTEREST Lazy D Red Angus will retain a one-third semen interest in all bulls sold.
All bulls are on a full vaccination program, and all registered lots have been GGP-LD (100K) DNA-tested and parent-verified. The performance data has been calculated through the Red Angus Association. GENETIC INFORMATION & PERFORMANCE DATA FEEDING & DELIVERY Bulls are kept free of charge until May 15th. Free delivery is offered within a 500-mile radius of the ranch. Delivery arrangements can be made at the least possible cost to the buyer for further distances. Bred and open heifers are the buyer’s responsibility to be picked up. We will assist you in any way to get the heifers to your place. We would like the heifers to be picked up as early as possible. LIABILITY We are not responsible for any typographical errors in the catalog. All persons attending the ranch to view bulls do so at their own risk. Seller assumes no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for any accidents occurring in, on, or about the premises.
