There’s little room for error in the cattle business. You need the most advanced information to make smart selection decisions, and Angus Genetics Inc. EPDs that traditionally contained all pedigree, performance and progeny information now also include results from available genomic, or DNA, tests. Bid online from the comfort of your home! Preview the sale lots online, along with comprehensive data, pedigree, EPD’s, and videos of each lot for several days before the sale. During that time, bidders can leave a maximum bid, which the system will represent confidentially up to that amount. Bidders can also actively bid as the bid increases prior to the close of the sale. All lots will close at the same time in a horse race format. If a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the closing time, closing times will be extended 5 minutes for all lots after bid is increased. This will continue until no bids are placed for 5 minutes. Once the time runs out, the sale closes. Buyers must create an account and request a buyer number through DVAuction. Sign up 24 hours prior to bidding and review the helpful tutorial at www.dvauction.com. You will receive an email stating the final bid price on the lot you purchased if you are the winning bidder. After the online sale closes, we will contact the buyers of each lot to make payment arrangements as soon as we can. If you have questions before we contact you, feel free to call us.
