Anticipation and excitement is quickly beginning to build as we embark on the 6th Annual Fleckvieh Heritage Sale. It is hard to believe that 6 years have passed since we planned the first event. It has been an incredible journey during this time frame, and the story continues to be written. Both kids have graduated from college and have started their journey in their careers, our family has expanded recently with the addition of a new daughter-n-law, I have changed my ca- reer path and Log Land Farms has evolved into something that quite frankly I had no idea it would become. We are incredibly thankful for the relationships that we have gained because of this event. God has truly blessed our family, and we never want to take his gifts for granted. I truly believe that this year’s offering has something for ev - eryone. I can say with complete confidence that Fullblood Fleckvieh cattle will always be the primary focus of this sale. However, it is my belief that the future of Fullblood cattle is dependent on our ability as breeders to connect with the commercial cattleman and get them to utilize our genetics. The introduction of commercial females in the previous sale has paid dividends in gaining exposure for what Fleckvieh can do when crossed with high-quality Angus cows. Given the exposure that we had from last year’s offering, we de - cided to add a Purebred/Percentage division in this year’s sale as well. Fleckvieh cattle are versatile and we would like to highlight their value as we go forward in the years to come. I would like to personally invite you to be our guest at the farm for Fleckvieh Heritage Sale 2026. I speak for all that are involved when I say it would be an honor for you to attend this year’s gathering. Cattle can be sold in different ways, but the relationships that can be fostered from events like this will last for a lifetime. We look forward to seeing you on Friday evening for an old-fashioned barn social and time to have cattle talk with friends from far and near. On Saturday cattle will be available for viewing all morning and lunch will be served beginning at 11:00 AM. Come expecting to see great cattle and to have a great time. SALE FORMAT In an effort to reduce stress on the cattle and ourselves, each lot will be sold off of the video on sale day. We invite you to come early and take your time going through the pens prior to the sale. ONLINE BIDDING The auction will be broadcast live online by the following platforms: Superior Livestock, LiveAuctions.tv and DVAuc- tion. See page 14 for instructions to get registered to bid. SALE VIDEOS Videos for each live lot will be available prior to the sale. See page 14 for QR codes to link to the sale videos. TRUCKING Reliable trucking will be available after the sale. If you de- sire assistance with delivery of your purchase, please let us know upon settlement. TERMS & CONDITIONS Terms are cash. All Cattle sell under the suggested terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association. HEALTH PAPERS All cattle will be accompanied by proper interstate health pa- pers. Cattle that will be crossing the border into Canada or Mexico will remain on the farm until all necessary testing and paperwork can be generated. LIABILITY
