QUARTERLY TRIBUTE MESSAGE Claris Shava
A s I write this first edition of the personally but also a meaningful moment for INUKA. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my journey and my lessons with you each quarter. Becoming the first Presidential Diamond Leader and attaining the highest leadership status in INUKA is a milestone I will always treasure. However, this milestone is not the finish line; it is the beginning of a greater responsibility and influence. Presidential Diamond Page, which will feature in every quarterly InTouch magazine, I feel deeply honoured. This is not only a significant milestone for me For me, achieving Presidential Diamond marked the beginning of a legacy. Legacy is not measured by title or recognition, but by the lives transformed along the journey. It is my intentional desire and vision that my impact will continue long after the applause has faded. I want every person who encounters my story to know that extraordinary success in the INUKA Business is possible. What once seemed impossible can become a reality through vision, commitment, and consistency. When I joined INUKA, I made a decision to dream beyond my circumstances, grow beyond my limitations, and help others discover that they, too, could build a life of purpose, freedom, and relevance. Along the way, I learned that success without sustainably developing others is temporary and ultimately unfulfilling. Reflecting on my journey, I am proud to realise that with every status achieved and every recognition received, my greatest joy has been seeing ordinary people become extraordinary leaders, those who once doubted themselves become confident, and individuals who were
overlooked become people of influence through the opportunities that INUKA provides.
It is my hope that every leader in INUKA embraces this same mindset—that we are building one person at a time. Our greatest success is not simply standing on the INUKA stage or appearing on an INUKA billboard. It is found in every family whose future has been improved, every child sent to school, every dream that has been rekindled, and every leader who has been developed. As we pursue the goals of the next quarter, my commitment remains unchanged: to lead with integrity, loyalty, excellence, and a genuine heart that desires to see others succeed. Every conversation, every training session, every act of encouragement, and every life we touch matters. I want every achievement we celebrate to become a platform for inspiring someone else to dream bigger, believe more deeply, and reach higher because, in the end, true success is not measured by what we accumulate, but by what we leave behind.
