“No pressure, no diamonds. ”
My name is Maseeiso Phangoa, and I am from Lesotho. I joined this INUKA Business because I was inspired by the opportunities it offers. Beyond selling products, it gives us the chance to travel internationally and experience the world. When I came across the INUKA Magazine and saw members enjoying a holiday in Mauritius, I told myself, “One day I will become one of them.” I joined with a promise to myself that whatever I had to do to achieve this travel incentive, I would do it, and I have remained committed to that promise. In 2026, I will be travelling on the fifth INUKA-sponsored trip. From that moment, I made a decision not to waste any time. I identified the top leaders in the business and learnt from their journeys through the INTOUCH Magazine. I resolved to build and grow my team with determination while always moving with purpose. INUKA is much more than a business where we buy and resell products. It is a community where we build lifelong relationships and create meaningful connections with people from different generations and backgrounds. These relationships have opened many doors for me, and I can confidently say that joining INUKA was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Today, I am incredibly grateful to say that my team and I have flourished together. We became the first Double Diamond achievers in January 2026. Double Diamond is a remarkable milestone that reflects the dedication, courage, and commitment of every team member. It proved that we were not simply buying and selling products—we were working towards a much greater purpose. We planned our work, and then we worked our plan. Transformation does not happen overnight. It requires hard work, focus, resilience, discipline, and consistency. Every dream demands perseverance before it becomes reality. I firmly believe that if you want to witness a miracle, you must first become one. I committed myself wholeheartedly to helping every member of my team achieve their desired status. I stood with them through every challenge and obstacle, giving my full support every step of the way. In the end, we celebrated our success together. Teamwork is one of the greatest keys to success in network marketing. I could never have achieved this milestone on my own.
To every member of the Maseeiso Phangoa Team, thank you for your hard work, commitment, and belief in our shared vision. I also want to thank everyone who continues to see me as a rainbow in their clouds. Your trust and confidence in me inspire me to keep serving with excellence. A very special thank you goes to Alma. I truly believe we are who we are today because of your successful leadership. In Matthew 5:13, Jesus said to His followers, “You are the salt of the earth.” Alma, you have truly been the salt of this continent. Africa is blessed to have you, and we thank God for the gift that you are. To the entire INUKA Crew, thank you for your unwavering support, encouragement, and genuine care. Your love and dedication keep us motivated to strive for excellence every day. A special word of appreciation goes to Tankiso and your team. You have been a tremendous blessing to my team by helping us with our orders. Many distributors in Lesotho are still learning to use SIMO, and others do not speak English. You have always been patient in assisting them with their orders and providing the support they need. Please never grow weary of helping us, because your kindness and dedication are deeply appreciated. As I conclude, I would like to leave you with the words that have guided my journey: “No pressure, no diamonds.” I have also experienced immense heat. There is so much pressure in the effort of growing a team that is hidden behind the scenes, yet we still win. Every challenge you face is shaping you into the person you are destined to become. Stay focused, remain consistent, trust the process, and never stop moving with purpose.
