Faith is the name I respond to, a name given to me by my parents, who were truly my very first prophets. When they chose that name, they spoke a destiny over my life long before I could understand it. Today, I stand before you not just as a leader, but as a living, breathing testament to their prophecy and to the Almighty God who entrusted me with this beautiful opportunity. I am infinitely grateful to the Creator for this platform, and to my parents for planting the seed of my identity. My journey is proof of a simple truth: what is written down in faith will surely come to pass. Every milestone, every rank, and every trip begins long before it shows up in a system update. It begins as a quiet, radical decision in the heart. The Night the Future Was Written. To understand my journey to Diamond, we have to go back to 31 December 2022. I was sitting in a room charged with ambition, flanked by two incredible women: my supportive upline, Sibusisiwe Lukhele, whose leadership I am forever grateful for, and my very first downline, Charity Lukhele, a woman who defines the very meaning of consistency. We were mapping out our vision boards for the coming year. When I reached point number seven, my pen didn’t hesitate. I wrote: “I will be a Diamond Leader by June 2023.” To many, that timeline seemed audacious, as I was only six months into the business at the time of creating my vision board. But here is the secret I want every reader to understand: I did not become a Diamond Leader in January when my portal updated. I became a Diamond Leader on that very night, 31 December 2022. The moment I conceived the goal, aligned my faith, and put it on paper, the spiritual transaction was complete. The months that followed weren’t a struggle to become something new; they were simply the physical world and the PVs catching up to my conviction. The “Personal” in Personal PV. You cannot lead a movement from the back seat. If you want a radical team, you must first make a radical personal commitment. From Day 1, I made a non-negotiable commitment to myself: Club 40 Achiever? Non-negotiable from the start. Personal Pillar and Recruiting Pillar? Absolute standards. It is called “Personal PV” for a reason—it cannot get any more personal than that. Before I could ask anyone else to stretch, I had to stretch myself. Because I laid that foundation of personal discipline, duplication became natural. My team didn’t have to guess what success looked like; they simply watched me run and ran alongside me. You do not reach these heights alone. You get here by lifting others, but you must be strong enough to lift.
To my incredible teams, Trailblazers Eswatini and Trailblazers Zimbabwe, thank you. Thank you for trusting me to lead, for bringing your radical energy to this business every single day, and for allowing INUKA to transform our families’ lives. It takes a special, fierce kind of heart to build a legacy, and you show up with that heart daily. We aren’t just chasing status; we are reclaiming our destinies. To our Founder, Alma: I have no words that can fully capture my appreciation. Thank you for starting. And on a deeply personal note, I have to give a special mention to my dear friend, Banele. Banele has been right there with me since it all started.
