The full document will be available in the office on sale day. Terms of the sale are cash. 100% of each bull sells, including possession and semen interest. We will reserve the right to collect 100 units of semen on any bull for in- herd use only. This will be done at the sellers’ expense and the buyers’ convenience. Discount: A Volume Discount of three percent (3%) off of the purchase price of three or more bulls is offered. DNA Testing: All bulls are DNA tested for parentage, coat color and Polled traits.
Feeding & Delivery: A feeding and delivery contract can be made with Dakota Xpress in the office sale day. Bull delivery will start around the 1st of May with arrangements for delivery made at that time. Directions to Mandan Lake Simmental Ranch (MLC) : From Center: go 5 miles east, 6 miles north, 1 1/4 miles east. Directions to Hansen Simmental Ranch (HSR) : From U.S. Highway 83, turn west onto Highway 23. Go west 13 miles. At 184th Street, turn north 3 miles and then west 2 miles.
