ONLINE BIDDING Online bidding will be available through DVAuction, www.DVAuction.com. Please register early to ensure you are an approved bidder. HERD HEALTH All lots have been vaccinated according to our herd health protocol established with our veterinarian. Lots have been ultrasounded, dewormed and poured prior to the sale. TERMS AND CONDITIONS As soon as any animal is sold, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. All sales are in the U.S Dollar. Each animal is sold to the highest bidder. If a dispute arises with a bid, the auctioneer will settle it. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser during or at the conclusion of the sale, and will not be removed until sale is settled or unless prior arrangements have been made with Kuhn’s Red Angus. Napoleon Livestock would like the animals removed from their facility as soon as possible. LIABILITY Anyone attending the sale attends at their own risk. Sellers, facility owners, nor the sales team will not be held responsible for any personal injury from attending the sale.
