Senior Project Manager - Wellingborough

In 2021, the Governors undertook a holistic review of Wellingborough School (including its location) which concluded that the School should stay on the current site but have a robust plan for its future. Part of that review highlighted the need for a masterplan - Project Copernicus - to consider and drive the development of the site over the next 30 years. This has given the School a comprehensive plan of action that best supports the future of teaching and learning, improves the physical environment, and pushes towards a net zero carbon footprint. The resulting plan provides a clear vision for the School’s future including clarity and context to financial planning, a thorough assessment of the priorities for redevelopment, and consolidates its ethos and ambition to secure the School’s long term future. As Project Copernicus begins, it is an exciting time to join Wellingborough School.
