THE FINE PRINT... Place Your Order:
Minimum Orders: A minimum of 10 uniforms is required on Custom Uniforms, Custom Warm-ups, Custom Manufactured Items & Package Specials. We are unable to process individual orders for any manufactured item. • New Uniform orders under 5 - Custom Uniforms are not available. • New Uniform Qty: 5-9 - Ask your Rep about pricing. • Fill-in Uniform orders Qty: 1-4 - Ask Rep about pricing. • Fill-in Uniform orders of 5 or more - No additional charge. Add 1-2 weeks production time for orders less than 5. Lettering: We require a minimum of 10 on all lettering orders. A minimum of 5 will be required on all reorders or loose lettering. Glitter, Metallic, & Flash lettering should not be put in the dryer. Hang to dry. Cancellations: All TeamLeader uniforms are specially made for each customer. Therefore, once your order is submitted, it is impossible to make any changes or cancel items on the order. Returns and Exchanges: Please return items by a trackable method. (Ex. UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) All TeamLeader merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Any discrepancies from the packing list must be reported within 3 days. TeamLeader cannot be responsible for any discrepancies after distribution. All return claims must be made within 14 days from receipt of item. For all exchanges, TeamLeader must receive unworn merchandise BEFORE items can be reshipped. To return a defective item, please call for authorization number Toll Free 1-877-365-7555. All returns must include a copy of packaging invoice, return authorization, reason for return/exchange and requested action. Worn items will not be accepted for exchange or credit. All items must be in original packaging, and unopened for exchange or credit to be approved.
Shoes: Any shoe exchange must be received in restockable condition and in their original unmarked box. If shoes are not in restockable condition (clean, unmarked box, unlaced with all color cards included), they will be returned to you. For shoe defects, please notify TeamLeader within 14 days of delivery. Monogrammed Garments: Due to the fragile nature of monogramming, extra care may be needed. Some stitching may become loose after numerous washings or improper care. Therefore, we cannot guarantee durability of monogrammed garments. Inspect monogrammed garments carefully; all return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Metallic/Glitter Lettering and Fabrics: Due to the fragile nature of metallic and glitter fabrics, we do not recommend on uniforms intended for long term use. Metallic, and glitter fabrics are not a durable product for long term use. Some metallic/glitter will come off with numerous washings or improper care. Hair spray and perfume will cause discoloration of metallic fabrics. Uniforms: Garments that meet the order and style specifications are not considered a quality issue. TeamLeader will not be responsible for replacing or remaking uniforms that have been outgrown. You may be ordering for growing athletes. Take this into consideration when ordering. For sanitary purposes, uniforms returned for inspection or for a defect must be clean. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items: All Custom Uniforms, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Quick Delivery and Custom Warm-Ups, Briefs, Bodysuits, Half Tops, Camp Skirts/Skorts, Pom Poms, Monogrammed or Lettered Garments, Activewear, Fleece, Imprinted Bags, Megaphones and Custom Campwear. Any Decorated or Personalized Items.
Other Conditions: TeamLeader assumes no liability for delivery delays due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw materials or labor. TeamLeader, also assumes no liability over conditions which we have no control including delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war, natural disasters or other unavoidable cause. TeamLeader prices are subject to change without notice due to unavoidable cause. Care Instructions: TeamLeader includes use and care instructions with each garment and/or they are printed on the garment label. Items not washed according to these instructions are not returnable. •Use a mild liquid detergent and machine wash separately in cold water at full water level. Do not let sit after spin cycle. Remove promptly and hang to dry. •Do not use fabric softener, dryer sheets or dryer bars on TeamLeader Uniforms. •TeamLeader is not responsible for rhinestones, falling off. •Complete shrinkage and colorfastness cannot be guaranteed because of different laundering processes and absorbent qualities of fabrics. •DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Delivery: TeamLeader maintains an excellent on-time delivery schedule; however we are unable to guarantee a specific date for your order. Allow for transportation time to your desired location. Schedule times are approximate and may vary depending on time of year. Contact your TeamLeader Rep for current delivery schedule.

Order will not be processed until order confirmation and payment is received. Order Confirmation: Please read over information on your estimate carefully. TeamLeader cannot be responsible for errors on orders. Once orders are in process, no changes or additions can be made. Confirm your order at www.teamleader. com/ocf. Payment Information: In order to keep our prices the lowest possible, we must strictly follow these policies. Full prepayment is required by Official School Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. Approved purchase orders from schools for entire order amount will be accepted. Matching Previous Orders: Please provide us with all information when placing your order. If trying to match a previous order, please state when ordering. For all custom uniform styles not in our catalog, we will need a sample to reproduce garment. If you are unable to send a sample, photos are a good alternative. If garment has custom monogramming or lettering, please send a sample or photocopy. We make every effort to match previous orders, but cannot be guaranteed on custom uniforms if sample or photo copy is not provided. Lettering/Monogram may vary slightly due to font/style changes. Please label all samples and photocopies clearly with order number, team name, phone number and mailing address and mail to TeamLeader Inc, 2901 Summit Avenue, Suite 300, Plano, TX 75074. Colors: We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible. Although the finest dyes are used in all products and materials, lots may absorb dye due to slightly varying degrees and shading differences may occur. Therefore, TeamLeader cannot guarantee a perfect color match.
