Graziano began his career at PINE BROOK, NJ — GSH Group, Inc. , a global fa- cilities and energy manage- ment provider throughout the United States and Europe, announced that it has been approved as an ESCO, En- ergy Services Company (C036), by the State of New Jersey’s Division of Property Management & Construction (DPMC). This certification allows GSH to bid energy contracts for state agencies including municipalities and schools. In January of 2009, former- Governor Jon Corzine signed a bill that required all general GSH Group receives ESCO Certification contractors and ESCO’s per- forming public work activities under an energy-savings pro- gram to be classified with the DPMC. The agency’s applica- tion process requires the ap- plicant to provide evidence of its expertise, financial stabil- ity, and ability in performing a full complement of energy services.
