SCENARIO PLANNING CAPACITY BUILDING FOR BANK PEMBANGUNAN MALAYSIA 5-6 February 2020, Bank Pembangunan Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur A two-day scenario planning course was held for Bank Pembangunan Malaysia (BPMB). The training was a step- by-step process in scenario planning where participants learnt to mitigate plausible scenarios. Participants were representatives from various BPMB divisions instrumental to shaping the organisation’s development initiatives. The training exercise enabled the participants to add value to their existing corporate planning initiatives. Real case studies were used to provide better and clearer understanding on the scenario planning of the organisation.
STRATEGIC SHIFTS FOR KPDNHEP 6 February 2020, MIGHT
In a bid to adapt to shifting global consumer markets, MIGHT and Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna (KPDNHEP) developed KPNDHEP’s 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. Given the fact that global trade is rapidly reinventing supply chains and traditional businesses, the strategic plan outlined the best steps and action plan for government departments and businesses to take at present and in the future. The plan involved rebooting a digital transformation for local businesses. This collaboration includes series of engagements and workshops with KPDNHEP’s internal stakeholders.
