‘ADVANCING IOT TECHNOLOGY IN SMART CITY’

The Webinar Session on “Advancing IoT Technology in Smart City” was held virtually and organised by Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP) Training Centre. The webinar discussed the need for IoT technology advancement in smart city and leverage IoT technology among town planners. MIGHT was invited to moderate the session involving 62 participants comprising members of the Malaysian Institute of Planners. Ts. Zulkifflee Mohamad highlighted the importance of technology advance-Internet of Things (IoT) implementation in smart city development. The future of IoT also provides solutions for all sectors including infrastructure, mobility, energy, health, building and retails as well application towards adaption to the new norm following the COVID-19 pandemic.
