E-KLESF (KUALA LUMPUR ENGINEERING SCIENCE FAIR): A NEW TWIST TO A FAMILIAR STORY 10 September 2020, Putrajaya MIGHT asoneof thefoundingorganisationsofKLESF, together with ASEAN Academy of Engineering and Technology (AAET), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC) and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), organised the 7th KLESF 2020. KLESF was created in 2013 to curb the decline in the numbers of Malaysian students pursuing STEM education. The objective is to generate and enhance interest in STEM among school children through engagement in its programmes and activities which emphasise hands-on, experiential exposure, learning and skills development for students and teachers which complement the STEM curriculum in the schools.

MIGHT-myForesight® shared insights on world pandemic responses from the perspective of foresight and strategic thinking at the Ministry of Water, Land and Natural Resources’ (KeTSA) ASTAKA programme. Significantly, the programme seeks to empower Malaysia’s talent pool as tenacious innovators in tackling global water, land and natural resources’ sustainability challenges.
