KLESF is the biggest STEM festival in Malaysia that typically attracts more than 40,000 visitors annually. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was held virtually. The programme was conducted via online platforms that consisted of webinars, workshops, quizzes and competitions. e-KLESF 2020 received more than 7,200 virtual visitors from 15 countries.
