HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR WELLNESS GROUP During the fall, I start to reflect on the year and plan for the next. November brings a close to the growing season, and we celebrate our harvest, hoping it has been plentiful so we can enjoy it through the winter. Fall is my favorite time of year because we spend more time with our families and take the time to appreciate all that life has to offer. keep the old model in good shape? How about garage-kept, high-octane fuel, low mileage … not a great idea. Maybe a formula for disaster, even. The human body needs to move; it needs good, nourishing fuel, and it needs maintenance. Unless we resolve to stick

Committing to this has helped me in many ways, physically and mentally. Trained professionals set up a regimen for me and are always there for guidance. There is always someone to help; it can be by sharing experiences, advising on exercise, reminiscing about past days, encouraging continuation, or making you smile. And the list goes on. Glad to be part of this wonderful group." Over the years, Maximum Solutions has gone through many changes. We started in a small one-room Victorian building and quickly grew to two locations in two states. Both offices have expanded into larger spaces, and most recently, the Belvidere office has expanded yet again, bringing new life and changes. This brings me to the point of this article: Our family has steadily grown, and our wellness community in New Jersey had outgrown its space. This has prompted us to expand by moving our office two doors down in the same "red barn." We are very excited about the change. I also want to highlight the wellness group this month and thank them for their support over the years and during our move. You are our extended family. The following excerpts are from some of our wellness group members. I hope you enjoy them. ‘The Human-Machine’ –Sal "The human-machine, a new model each year — not likely. What does it take to
