is going to look like and what they’ll be doing before they actually get hired. And oh, by the way, they may have to work Saturdays. If they do take the job and they make it 90 days, we find that they stay long-term. Those first 90 days are critical. Kenyon : Tim, you are on the board of ICPF. Can you tell us how companies can leverage ICPF as a talent pool? Bergwall : Yes. ICPF works with over 25 universities across the country. They also host a career portal on its website on which com- panies can post jobs and students can post resumes. At any given time there are 500-1,000 resumes in the ICPF portal and we are pulling be- tween 100-200 of those students into the industry every year. There’s a real opportunity there for companies to find talent. There was a time when I thought ICPF was a place to find designers and commercial people, but it’s not. You have access to relationships with universities and you can tap it to bring in production associates, as well as people who want to work in logistics and customer service. I urge companies to leverage ICPF resources more. Kenyon : I also want to talk about resources that FBA has available to our member companies.
