Dates Weekend 1 / January 30 – February 1 Weekend 2 / February 6–8
Early Bird Deadline: Early Bird: $150 until Dec. 18, 2025 Regular: $170 until Jan. 29th, 2026 Late: $190
Cancellation Policy: Each camper reservation canceled on or before December 18 will incur a $25 processing fee. After this date, a $99 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one month of your weekend of camp.
Adults: There are two options for adult leaders housing:
Be a counselor in a cabin. You can provide a counselor for every 6 same gender campers. All counselors must register as a “Youth Leader” in the registration process in order to be housed in the cabin with your campers. Find a local hotel. Lodging may be available in the area. Word of Life does not cover the cost of these rooms.
