ONE MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL Youth leaders and parents of individual campers must log on to their online account and enter the detailed information for each camper. This helps us with housing and preparation of meetings and activities. Enter special housing requests into the camper information in your online account. Only group leaders are allowed to make any changes to the group reservation. Electronic Health Forms must be submitted 2 weeks prior to arrival. Your camper must have a completed health form in order to participate in camp activities. Youth Leaders staying in the cabin must also complete the health waiver accessible in your account. Access and complete the Online Camper Health Form by following the steps below: Log into your account Click on Intersect Camp Reservation Number This will take you to the page with the name of each camper. Click on “Health Form” at the far right of the camper name. Complete each step of the health form. Sign at the bottom. Submit. Group Leaders – you may email the health form link to each parent by clicking on “Email Health Forms” at top left of this same page. Fill in the parent’s email address beside each camper name and click SEND. For any questions about this process, please reach out to our Guest Services Team at 727.379.5000 HEALTH INFORMATION Collect all medications from campers (prior to check-in). You will be expected to turn in all camper medications to the nurse at check-in. Youth leaders and chaperones are not permitted to administer medications to campers. Medications must be in the original container with the correct doses and instructions. Please have each camper’s medications in Ziploc bags labeled with the camper’s name. Campers must be able to administer their own injections.
