Resource Label Group, LLC , Franklin, Tennessee, a full-service provider of pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC technology for the pack- aging industry, acquired Spectrum Label Corpora- tion , Hayward, California, a pressure sensitive labeling provider that produces products for various segments including food, medical and pharmaceuti- cal.Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Eastman Kodak Company entered into a defini- tive agreement to sell its Flexographic Packaging Di- vision to Montagu Private Equity LLP , a private equity firm.After closing, the business will operate as a new standalone company that will develop, manu- facture and sell flexographic products, including the flagship KODAK FLEXCEL NX System, to the packag- ing print segment. Mark Andy Print Products , the supplies, and con- sumables division of Mark Andy Inc. , has been named the preferred global distributor of RotoMetrics print cylinders and magnetic cylinders.
