London’s ExCeL Exhibition Centre in Royal Victoria Docks has been built on reclaimed land with no available on-site infrastructure. The 200-acre site has been developed to provide more than 200,000 square metres of exhibition space, hotels, residential and other ExCeL Exhibition Centre. Showcasing regeneration. Our work on the project required solutions for the 90,000 square metres of exhibition space, undercroft parking, and associated energy centre. The energy strategy we developed involves a combination of new site infrastructure from the private supply utilities, plus on- site trigeneration facilities including combined heat and power and absorption refrigeration plant.
