PPC Boot Camps Remain Crucial For Newcomers PPC held two insightful Folding Carton Boot Camps in 2023, embracing a dual approach to education. The first Boot Camp, held in Springfield, MA, in the spring, provid- ed an immersive in-person experience, fostering hands-on learning for newcomers to the industry.

Both sessions shared a common goal: to empower in- dustry newcomers with knowledge to help them succeed in their roles, ultimately helping PPC member companies increase their efficiency and employee engagement. PPC is planning two in-person Boot Camps for 2024, as well as a virtual option as part of a larger series of new online educational offerings. Celebrating Creativity & Success At Fall Meeting San Diego provided the perfect backdrop for our Fall Meeting & Leadership Conference with its idyllic climate and world-class attractions. Attendees found the confer- ence presentations enlightening, offering valuable insights into enhancing leadership skills and navigating packaging megatrends while gaining a deeper understanding of cur- rent industry affairs. Celebrating the winners of our 80th Annual North American Paperboard Packaging Competi- tion and 2023 Student Design Challenge was also inspir- ing!
