ORK, PA — Larken Associates , a New Jersey-based devel- oper, has acquired The View at Mackenzi, a 224-unit gar- den-style apartment com - munity in York, situated ap - proximately 25 miles south of Harrisburg. Located at 2035 Patriot St., the property fea - tures two-bedroom units and amenities such as a fitness center, walking trails and a dog park. Rents range from $1,042 per month to $1,195. The seller and sales price were undisclosed.

The Excellence Award is a top honor given to the highest scoring project in each category. The Merit Award is a second-place honor given to all other projects within each category that scored 80 or more points. Courtyard by Marriott at McHenry Row wins Merit Award Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. acquires future development site in Fort Wahsington, PA FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Equus Capital Part- ners, Ltd. (Equus) , one of the nation’s leading developers and private real estate invest - ment managers, announced that an affiliate has acquired 1125 Virginia Dr., a 60,000 s/f office building situated on 14 acres. At the conclusion of a short-term leaseback to the prior owner, Equus intends to demolish the building and com- mence construction of Madison Fort Washington, a 300-unit luxury apartment community. Equus acquired the site on May 4th for $5.98 million from ADP, Inc., who was no longer utilizing the property and will be relocating to another loca- tion within the market. The site has convenient access to the greater Philadelphia re - gion, located within close prox - imity to the Fort Washington Train Station and to both the PA Tpke.-Rte. 309 interchange and its westbound slip ramp.
