Serval commencement of exploration programme at Duékoué, Côte d’Ivoire AIM-listed Serval Resources, a company
focused on building an independent copper and future metals developer, announced that field exploration has commenced at its Duékoué copper- gold-molybdenum (Cu-Au-Mo) project in Côte d’Ivoire. The work programme follows completion of a stakeholder and local community engagement programme across the project area, undertaken ahead of mobilisation. CEO, Robin Birchall, commented: “It’s exciting to now have field work underway at all three of our projects in Namibia, Botswana and Côte d’Ivoire. Duékoué is a particularly interesting project given how underexplored this part of Côte d’Ivoire remains for copper, gold and molybdenum. Côte d’Ivoire is already home to some of West Africa’s best-known gold mines, all sitting within the same ancient geological terrain that extends across much of the country, including our licence area at Duékoué.
