Join us for fun and informative cooking demonstrations from some of the best in the business as talented chefs and passionate producers cook with Queensland’s finest ingredients at the Royal Queensland Cooking Stage. Returning to the stage with enticing recipes and demonstrations are Queensland Beekeepers Association, Sushi Hub, Grove Juice, Gotzinger, Moondarra Cheese, and the Department of Primary Industries. New in 2026 will be talks and tastings with Royal Queensland Beer Award winners 27 South Brewing and Madocke Beer, plus team members from the Queensland Reds, the Dolphins and the Brisbane Bullets will drop in to discuss the importance of nutrition and food preparation when active. Enjoy hearing from Gardening Australia's Costa Georgiadis who will discuss his top tips for growing fruit and vegetables at home, Chef Matt Golinski who will create dishes featuring Queensland Farmed Prawns, and the Ekka Prime Lambs Competition team will host their Awards Presentation and live auction on Saturday 8 August from 11am.
