Cattle Producers, Welcome to the 36th Annual Schauer Angus Bull Sale. We sincerely appreciate your interest in our program and are grateful for your support and confidence in Schauer Angus genetics. This years offering represents carefully selected cattle that are developed with the commercial cattle producer in mind. Many of the bulls selling are suitable for heifers while still offering maternal ability and performance needed to move your program forward. I am truly excited to offer the first calves of our new sire Woodhill Reality D206-L112. Reality did a tremendous job for us and exceeded expectations. One thing I was most im- pressed with was his versatility. It didn’t seem to matter what I bred him to, it just worked. The consistency in type that he stamped every calf was truly impressive. My goal remains the same. To produce functional, de- pendable cattle that work in real-world conditions. I am com- mitted to customer satisfaction and stand behind every bull. Sincerely, Bryant Schauer FIRST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE All bulls will be covered by Schauer Angus Ranch if they are injured during their first breeding season. Breed - ing season is defined as the 60-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. 100% of the purchase price, minus the salvage value, will be given as credit towards a replacement bull, if we have one available, or as credit at next year’s sale. 1. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian. 2. We must be notified should injury occur and before bull is sold for salvage. A copy of the salvage receipt must be sent to us. 3. All claims must be made by September 1, 2026.
