GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE AND ETIQUETTE 1. It is the responsibility of each golfer to make certain that divots are properly tended, bunkers are raked, and ball marks on the green are repaired. Please repair your pitch mark, plus one other. 2. All play will begin on the first tee unless otherwise directed by the Professional Staff or Member Service Manager. 3. If a group’s pace of play is such that they are holding up the group(s) behind them and also have an open hole in front of them, they should stand aside. Singles do not have standing to play through. 4. Each player must have their own clubs in a bag when playing. 5. Non-playing children are not permitted on the golf course or practice facilities unless under the direct supervision of a parent. 6. Bunker rakes are to be placed outside of the bunker. 7. Singles and Twosomes must be willing to pair up prior to 2:00 p.m. on both courses if requested by the Professional Staff.

RULES FOR JUNIOR GOLFERS

1. Junior golfers are all golfers age 10 through 17 who have not reached their 18 th birthday. 2. Merit Tags are awarded to juniors who have demonstrated proficiency through a series of skill tests covering the area of rules, putting, driving, and scoring. These skills tests are administered by the Golf Professional Staff and provide objective levels of proficiency that junior golfers must meet in order to play without a parent. The following times apply to children with a Merit Tag: a. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays after 12:00 p.m. on the South Course and anytime on the North Course. Weekdays anytime on both the South and North Course. 3. Children without a Merit Tag may play or use the practice facilities only if accompanied by a parent or guardian, or member of the Professional Staff. The following times apply to children without a Merit Tag: a. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays after 3:00 p.m. on the South Course and after 12:00 p.m. on the North Course. Weekdays after 3:00 p.m. on the South Course and anytime on the North Course. b. Practice facilities may be used after 3:00 p.m. or at the discretion of the Professional Staff. 4. Children five (5) years and older are subject to all golf attire rules. 5. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times.
