Terms of the sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made prior. Sale day announcements take precedence over printed material. The auctioneer will settle all disputes. DELIVERY/PICKUP Arrangements for pick-up must be made at settlement. Consignors will care for bulls for two weeks at no charge. After April 4, 2026, the cost will be $3/head/day. Purchaser assumes the risk of death or injury immediately after the animal is sold. Insurance is recommended and can be arranged by Jensen Livestock Agency. VIDEOS AND ONLINE BIDS Bulls will not be going through a sale ring, they will be displayed at the sale site. The sale will be broadcast on DVAuction. Please register at DVAuction.com . Prior to the sale, videos will be available at OnTargetBullSale.com . LIABILITY All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk, and the owners and their agents assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. BREEDING GUARANTEES Bulls and females are guaranteed to be breeders for the first 90- day breeding season with the exception of: 1) Injury or disease occurring to the animal after the time of purchase. 2) Gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the purchaser. If problems arise buyer must contact seller before any action, such as disposal, is taken. GENOMIC TESTING All Angus bulls and heifers, and Hereford bulls and heifers have been DNA tested. These animals all have genomic-enhanced EPDs, which provides a substantial improvement in EPD accuracy for conventional growth and carcass traits. ULTRASOUND DATA Ultrasound data will be available as a sale supplement online and at the sale.
