Prisoners For Christ Strategic Plan 2024-2030
Chapter 5 SWOT Analysis
S.W.O.T stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. We believe it is important for every organization to be able to identify those Strengths and Opportunities that have propelled them to the place they are currently today. In addition, it is also very important, if not more important, to identify areas of Weaknesses and Threats. We initiated this S.W.O.T. analysis back in 2005 and have adjusted it as the years flew by. Much has changed post-Covid. We felt it was very important to reevaluate ourselves in light of a brave new world. As an organization we evaluated ourselves in the following categories: Bible Study Correspondence School, Board of Directors, Business Operations and Volunteerism, Finance and Giving, International Operations, Staff, Technology, and the President. We present our findings to you, our constituency. Bible Study Correspondence School Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats Procedures are in place. Funding for increasing budget.
