Changes to tax codes or legislation impacting non- profits. Sometimes volunteer office staff are less committed. Volunteer base is aging. Attrition via sickness, health, or moving.
Management is seasoned and experienced.
Strong goal setting process provided by management. Good process for all HR documentation. Well spelled out master calendar. Ministry is process oriented. PFC volunteers are very committed.
