M Mortgage Lending Appraisal Requirements: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac This course is designed to provide clarity into often- misunderstood notions of the GSE appraisal requirements. Class Format: Online State Approved: All States except TX; Washington, D.C., Guam, Virgin Islands, & Puerto Rico 3 hours New Jersey Appraisal Laws and Regulations This meets the mandatory two-hour law requirement for New Jersey appraisers and teaches you what you need to know about state laws and regulations. R REO Appraisal: Guidelines and Best Practices Appraising foreclosed and real-estate owned properties brings unique challenges. This course provides you with an overview of relevant concepts, how to determine an appropriate scope of work, and the roles and responsibilities of valuation professionals during an REO appraisal. R Residential Property Measurement and ANSI Z765 This course will cover best practices for measuring residential dwellings and will focus primarily on the ANSI Z765-2021 Standard, which is the only nationwide standard for measuring properties adopted by state regulatory agencies. This course will give you the basic applications of reporting requirements as found in USPAP. Class Format: Online State Approved: All 50 states, Washington DC, Guam, Virgin Islands, & Puerto Rico 7 hours Responding to a Reconsideration of Value (ROV) This course walks you the best practices for responding to Reconsideration of Value requests in a sound and professional manner. You’ll gain particular insight into how to respond impartially and without bias as well as how ROVs are an important element to the appraisal and lending process. Ohio Fair Housing The course aims to introduce civil rights in civil and common law, discussing “human rights” vs. “natural rights, with a historical view on civil rights and fair housing. It covers the Department of Justice’s role, fair housing laws, discrimination against “protected classes,” HUD requirements, Ohio Civil Rights Commission enforcement, and unlawful practices in fair housing. Discrimination involves discerning qualities and recognizing differences, while discrimination against someone is prejudicial treatment based on specific characteristics.”

P Pennsylvania Law for Appraisers You’ll fulfill the mandatory 2-hour appraisal law

requirement in Pennsylvania while learning about the laws and regulations the state has and the powers and duties held by the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers.
