The Demonstration of Knowledge Exam consists of two parts. Part One is a comprehensive test containing 50 multiple choice questions to assess your comprehension of the concepts of appraising green homes and your ability to apply this knowledge to real-world appraisal problems. In Part Two, you will be required to prepare a PV Value ® report on an example property and submit it for grading.
