Bordertown Golf Club is located six kilometres North of the township. This gently undulating eighteen-hole course offers excellent fairways and are fully watered, manicured greens set amongst numerous gum trees with an abundance of bird life and kangaroos. There are five Par 3 holes, four Par 5 holes with the remainder being demanding Par 4 holes. Web: keithgolfclub.com Many golfers in the know consider the Keith Golf Course an ideal venue for a relaxed and chilled out afternoon for their sport. The fairways and greens are watered and have numerous native birds and the occasional resident kangaroo checking the putting, it is a pleasure to play on. Volunteers maintain the course to a professional and immaculate standard. The greens are watered bent grass with couch grass fairways. Numerous native birds make this course a relaxing and get away from it all experience. Twilight golf is played on Thursdays during daylight saving. Visitors are most welcome to play in this nine-hole competition which begins each week at 5pm and is followed by a barbecue tea. The picturesque Padthaway Golf Course offers sandy greens overlooking extensive vineyards and farmland making it an enjoyable day out for all. Carved out of scrubland, this tight course is a challenge, even for the professional golfer. Closes from end of September, opens again in Autumn. There are many walking and bike trails in the Tatiara. From a trek up Keith’s Mount Monster to a peaceful walk around the Bordertown Wetlands or Mundulla’s Moot- Yang-Gunya Swamp Eco Trail. There is something to suit every age and capability.
