Ryan Homes offers carpet with a 10-year quality assurance. Each of our carpets is made from 100% nylon. Nylon offers durability and is naturally stain- and fade-resistant. Nylon is also resilient as it “bounces back” from compaction and doesn’t hold compression marks. You can choose from four different levels of durability:
Turnberry Point A level 1 carpet, Turnberry Point offers a texture or “cut pile” construction. This means that each fiber is attached to the backing in a loop fashion, then cut to create a tufted surface. It is made of 100% BCF recyclable nylon.
Golden Cove A level 3 carpet, Golden Cove also offers a “cut pile” construction. It is made of 100% nylon.
Rogue A level 4 carpet, Rogue also offers a “cut pile” construction. It is made from 100% continuous filament nylon, which is crush- and stain-resistant.
Cortez A level 5 carpet, Cortez is also made from 100% continuous filament nylon, but is a berber, which means that each fiber is attached to the backing in a loop and not cut.
