COM/COL ORDER PROCESS

RECEIPT OF COM/COL TO VIA Under no circumstances will Via Seating be responsible for shortages or flaws in the material or other such problems. Via Seating will not be responsible for any costs associated (e.g. return freight and/or restocking charges) with rejected COM or COL materials. In order to meet delivery deadlines, we assume that our customers are aware of any undue delays in the shipment of their ordered fabrics. Once the COM has been accepted, Via Seating assumes no responsibility for its overall appearance, flammability, normal durability, colorfastness, material defects, color inaccuracies, dye lot variations, or any other flaws related to the fabric quality after upholstered on a Via Seating product. If you have doubts of the ultimate appearance of a certain covering, please order a sample chair upholstered in the specific COM or COL. COM/COL WARRANTY STATEMENT All COM & COL textiles applied to Via Seating product orders will not be covered under Via Seating’s warranty. Any warranty claims need to be made directly to the original vendor of the textile. Via Seating recommends that the purchaser thoroughly test any COM & COL with all cleaning agents that will be used on it prior to using. COM/COL EXCESS YARDAGE Excess COM/COL will be recycled at the discretion of Via Seating, unless direction for the additional material is given by the customer at the time the order is placed. Any returned material will be paid for by the customer.

viaseating.com/textile-compatibility-lookup-tool/ 2) If you do not see your textile, submit a ticket to have it tested on your model here: viatextiletesting.na3.teamsupport.com/createticket 3) S end a 12” x 12” minimum textile swatch of your material to Via Seating to test for approval. Allow 4 business days to process this test upon receipt of the material.

Your COM/COL received by Via Seating must be clearly marked, containing ticket # & series name.

COM/COL APPROVAL PROCESS Via Seating assumes no responsibility for the durability or tailoring quality of any COM or COL. Directional covers, in particular, may not meet your satisfaction due to the design of certain products. Please be advised that products upholstered in COM/COL are not subject to return to Via Seating. Via Seating reserves the right to reject COM fabrics that, in Via Seating’s opinion, are unsuitable for its products. Via Seating can determine this within 48 hours of receipt of the COM/COL sample.
