Yes, an out of hours team is available on-site RESIDENCE CLEANING: Rooms will be cleaned on arrival only. Communal areas in ensuite flats will receive a weekly light clean, which consists of the cleaning of the floors and worktops in the kitchen area. This does not include tidying up, taking out rubbish / bins, washing the dishes, cleaning the fridge or oven. The overall cleanliness of the kitchen is the responsibility of the students.
